Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 12:00 noon on the day of your departure.

Please notify Hotel Santa Barbara immediately of any changes or cancellations. Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night's stay on weeknights and a two night minimum stay on weekends. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged for the first night's stay one day prior to arrival. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Please note that the weekend rate will apply on certain weeknight holidays and special events.

To change or cancel a phone booked reservation and obtain a cancellation number, please call us at 1-800-549-9869 by 5 p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date.
